Work with Dario
When leadership complexity rises, judgement degrades first.
I work with senior leaders facing consequential decisions where time is compressed, information is incomplete and organisational noise makes clear thinking harder to sustain.
At senior level, leadership is not defined by style. It is defined by judgement: how well you think when information is incomplete, time is compressed and pressure distorts the system around you. The early signs are often subtle: decisions take longer, trade-offs remain unresolved and clarity becomes harder to sustain.
In these conditions, priorities blur, execution slows, consensus replaces clarity and leadership drift enters the system unnoticed.
My work is designed for leaders operating inside that reality.
What I do
Through Human & Machine, I help leaders strengthen judgement under pressure through a combination of executive coaching, strategic advisory and decision architecture.
This includes:
Executive coaching for senior leaders navigating high-stakes decisions
Advisory support where strategic clarity is needed under complexity
Structured leadership interventions for teams where decision quality is degrading
For leaders facing sustained decision pressure over time, this work can deepen through Judgement Architecture™, my six-month private engagement.
Who I work with
I work primarily with:
Founders and CEOs facing consequential strategic decisions
Senior executives leading through uncertainty or organisational complexity
Product, transformation and technology leaders operating under pressure
I do not offer generic life coaching or broad personal development coaching.
Why clients bring me in
Clients typically engage me when:
Important decisions are being delayed or softened by ambiguity
Organisational complexity is slowing execution
Political noise is distorting leadership clarity
Senior teams are aligned superficially but unclear underneath
The cost of indecision is becoming visible
Why me
Before becoming an executive coach, I spent more than twenty years leading products, platforms and transformation in complex international organisations.
That includes senior leadership roles at:
National Geographic
SuperAwesome (acquired by Epic Games)
Global advisory work with Amazon, Salesforce, NatWest, Accenture and others
I have worked inside billion-user systems, led cross-continental teams, made decisions where consequences were real and spoken internationally on leadership, technology and human systems, including at TEDx.
I coach from lived executive experience, not abstract leadership theory.
Trusted by leaders in organisations including
My approach
This is not motivational coaching. I work at the level where leadership becomes difficult: trade-offs, incomplete information, distorted signals, hidden assumptions and decisions carrying real consequence.
The aim is not confidence for its own sake. The aim is clearer thinking where clarity matters most.
If you are carrying decisions that require sharper judgement under pressure, we should speak.
